A. The shareholder determination date for final dividends is October 31st. The shareholder determination date for interim dividends is April 30th.

A.The regular general meeting of shareholders is scheduled to be held in late January each year.

Q. How can I exercise my voting rights at the General Meeting of Shareholders?

A.We send a notice of the general shareholders’ meeting and voting forms to shareholders listed on the shareholder register as of the end of the record date for the general shareholders’ meeting.
The exercise of voting rights is
(1) Please bring your voting card with you to the General Meeting of Shareholders.
(2) Submit your voting form by mail
(3) Enter your voting code and password on the online voting website and then enter your vote for or against the proposal.
