Basic Policy on Antisocial Forces

Nareru Group Inc. and our group companies (hereinafter collectively referred to as “our group”) will endeavor to prevent damage caused by antisocial forces by following the basic policy below.

• Our Group will reject all ties with antisocial forces. Furthermore, our group will firmly reject any unreasonable demands made by anti-social forces.
• Our group will take legal action against unjust demands made by antisocial forces, both civil and criminal.
• In preparation for unjust demands from anti-social forces, our group will build close cooperative relationships with external specialist organizations, such as the National Center for the Expulsion of Organized Crime Groups, lawyers, and the police.
• Our group will take an organizational approach to dealing with antisocial forces and ensure the safety of our employees.
• Our group will never engage in backroom deals or provide funds to anti-social forces in response to their unjust demands.
• Our Group will never engage in backroom deals with antisocial forces to cover up the facts, even if their demands are based on misconduct in business relations or among employees.
